Private 1:1 English lessons online are personalized learning sessions conducted live, over Zoom platform between you and one of our dedicated instructors at an agreed upon schedule. Lessons are customized to your proficiency level, learning style, and objectives, covering various language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

The duration of private 1:1 English lessons online can vary depending on the student's preferences and scheduling constraints. Sessions typically range from 1 hour or longer, with some students opting for multiple sessions per week to maintain consistency in their learning.
Private 1:1 English lessons online accommodate learners of all proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced. Before starting lessons, students will complete an English Placement Test to determine their current level and set learning goals accordingly.
Students are able to reschedule sessions free of charge within a 24 hours period. Thereafter, day-of or late cancellations will result in a 1 hour charge. If you would like to cancel remaining sessions, please notify your advisor. You will have the option to hold your credit for use later or a prorated refund less any transaction or textbook fees, if applicable. All refunds take 1-3 days to process and at least 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. All requests must be made in writing, and credits are valid for a 6 months duration from the date we receive your request.
To schedule private 1:1 English lessons online, simply complete the Private Lesson Request form (URL) so we can get to know you and your needs.
Our support team will then get to work, pairing you with the perfect instructor within 5-7 business days. Once your first session has been set, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your exact log in details. A dedicated advisor will be available to you throughout your sessions to assist with any questions or special requests throughout the process.
